Our proven formula for success includes a combination of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

Quantitative research is the collection and statistical analysis of data collected through surveys or pre-existing data bases, such as sales data.  Currently, most surveys are conducted online or by telephone. We can also supplement the findings with information from other sources such as the U.S. Census or data from clients’ internal data bases.

Qualitative research is any research method that produces information based on description and interpretation rather than numeric analysis. Examples include focus groups or in-depth interviews.
