Market Street conducts in-depth interviews to help you seek expert opinions and/or to gather detailed information from customers or users of competing products or services. Our team employs this methodology when focus groups are either impractical or not appropriate.
We have deep experience in interviewing business owners, high-level executives, community leaders, key opinion influencers, technicians, specialists, and other professionals about complex or highly-sensitive topics. We frequently conduct interviews by phone during a pre-arranged time, but we can also conduct them face-to-face, as people exit a physical space, or in “captive audience” situations.
Typically, in-depth interviews:
- Range between 20 and 45 minutes
- Involve 15 – 50 respondents
